Soph’s Silverton Single Speed

Soph came in wanting a single speed road bike, and the Silverton from Second Chance Cycles fit her nicely. We stripped out all the weight of the old 10 speed groupset, as well as fitting a new crankset, bottom bracket and new 27″ wheelset, which has really given the Silverton a new lease on life. Yep, Pony’s now going to be doing cakes of a weekend. Our mates ’round the corner at Crumbs Organic Bakery are going to be knocking us up a selection of cakes and pastries to go with our coffee on weekends from now on.
